Pelvic health has more to do with your CORE than just pelvic floor. Anything that affects the CORE can affect function, comfort/pain, and pelvic health. This includes stress response, breath patterns, daily activities/physical demands, past injuries (in addition to the spine/hip/pelvis, includes extremities of the knees, hips, feet, hands, arms, etc.), habitual postures, and past traumas.
