COVID-19 SAFETY PRACTICE
Guidance and best practices in an era of COVID-19 continues to evolve. Core Solutions Physical Therapy, LLC, follows CDC guidelines in creating a safe space for patients to be seen in person with the following adhered to requirements:
• Mask is required to be worn by Physical Therapist and Patients at each visit for the entire duration of the visit. No exceptions. Masks available in suite lobby if patients forget theirs.
• No visitors allowed with patients unless the patient is a minor or requires a caregiver assistance for participating in or discussing patient care.
• Tables, doorknobs, surfaces are cleaned with a CDC approved cleaning solution between visits
• Time between patient visits is extended preventing multiple individuals in the suite lobby
• New patient intake scheduling will include instruction in protocols for canceling appointments if patients have been exposed; interacted with someone who has been exposed; have COVID-19 symptoms
• Each visit will initiate with a COVID-19 screening in the suite lobby • Patients who report or exhibit signs and symptoms of COVID-19 will be cancelled and required to follow quarantine and testing protocol prior to return appointments.
